Our story begins with Mr. Kamal Khadka, a founding partner of KIPLAN, who started his legal journey in 2003 at Kantipur Law Firm as a part-time legal practitioner. With a background in HR and legal advisory in international NGOs, he brought a unique blend of legal insight and organizational development. In 2007, Mr. Khadka joined full-time and became instrumental in integrating notarial services into legal practice.
